Chapter 01
Vacuum islands earn their keep one stall at a time
A self-serve lot lives or dies on how many cars a vacuum island can turn in an hour, and DMI stocks the range that keeps that number up. The line starts with straightforward Commercial Vacs and moves up through the Super Vac family, each one built around a different lock and payment setup so an operator can match the cabinet to how the lot actually gets paid.
The lock decides how a cabinet holds up against a Fargo winter and a parking lot's worth of traffic. DMI carries the Super Vac with a Pin Lock System, the Single Door Vacuum with an Angled Lock Bar Locking System, the Super Vac with American 2000 Lock System, and the Super Vac with Medeco Locking System, four different approaches to keeping the cash box closed to everyone but the collector.

Beyond the Super Vac: the rest of the range
Not every stall needs the same cabinet. The Ultra Turbonator and the Dual Vac cover higher-traffic islands, the Touch of Class II Oval Vacuum gives a lot a rounder cabinet shape than the standard box, and the Silver Touch Classic Single Door Vacuum keeps a single-unit footprint for a tighter island.
Payment and readout options run across the line the same way the locks do. DMI carries the Super Vac with a Bill Validator, the Super Vac with a Bill Validator and Digital Display, and the Super Vac with Digital Display on its own, so an island can take bills, show remaining time, or both.
Chapter 03
Keeping the motors and hoses running on a Tri-State lot
A vacuum island only earns money while it's running, and the parts that fail first are the ones a customer touches every time: hoses, nozzles, and the motor housing behind them. DMI keeps parts for the range in the Fargo warehouse and gets a replacement out next-day rather than leaving a stall dark for a week.
The same monthly visit DMI runs for its wash-system customers covers the vacuum island too. Our salespeople visit our regular customers monthly, and we are the only market provider to offer this service, catching a worn hose or a sticking lock before it turns into a stall that's out of service on a Saturday.
