Chapter 01
One system, soft touch and high pressure together
The EV-1 Evolution is Autec's combination system, built around the AES-415 soft-touch platform with 48 high-pressure oscillating nozzles added on top. Rather than choosing between a friction wash and a touch-free wash for a single bay, an operator can offer both out of the same equipment, and let the customer pick.
Eight additional turbo nozzles target the tires, wheels and rocker panels specifically, areas a soft-touch pass alone tends to leave under-cleaned. Autec also built in a heated foam presoak, dispensed ahead of the wash cycle to loosen road film before the brushes or nozzles ever reach the vehicle.

Up to seven wash packages to sell
Because friction and high pressure run independently, the EV-1 supports up to seven distinct wash packages on the same menu, from a basic soft-touch pass up through the full combination wash. That range gives a self-serve or express site more price points to sell against, without adding a second machine or a second bay.
Autec built the EV-1 on the same construction and options the brand is known for across its line, so a site running other Autec equipment gets a wash package menu that fits alongside it rather than a one-off machine with its own quirks.

Parts and service out of the Fargo warehouse
DMI stocks most parts for the Autec EV-1 in our Fargo warehouse, so a worn nozzle or a soft-touch component doesn't sit an operator's bay down waiting on freight. As a regional distributor, we can also get next-day delivery on the parts we don't already have on the shelf.
