Chapter 01
One gantry, three configurations, six minutes or less
The V-Max is Belanger's touch-free automatic wash system for large vehicles, an overhead gantry that travels the length of the truck rather than asking the truck to sit inside a tunnel. It comes in three system configurations, and one machine can wash anything from a 30 foot dump truck to a 75 foot tractor-trailer in as little as three to six minutes, without a brush ever touching the paint.
That range matters on a lot where the vehicles rolling through vary in size every day. The V-Max is also the only large vehicle wash system that lets an operator program up to four different wash packages at once, so a dump truck and a tractor-trailer each get the wash built for them instead of one setting for everything that comes through.

Built for a fleet yard or a retail bay, either one
Some operators run a V-Max purely to keep their own fleet looking right and lasting longer. Others add a Point of Purchase interface and open it as a retail large vehicle wash, charging by the wash the way a car wash does. The system supports both without changing the hardware underneath it.
Belanger's E-300 program interface lets washes be managed off-site over the internet, so an owner can track how often the system runs and which wash packages customers are actually choosing without standing at the bay. Sonic vehicle sizing reads each truck automatically, and greased-for-life bearings keep the moving hardware running with less attention from staff.
Chapter 03
What's in the room, and what you can add
A V-Max installation includes a guide rail, one or more pumping stations, a water softener, a four button wash selector panel and illuminated entry signage, backed by a complete backroom: a gas fired boiler, a Machine Control Center, a Solution Delivery Module and the E-300 programmer. Aircraft-grade aluminum and high-density plastics are standard across the system.
From there an operator builds the wash out further. Options include a Rocker Spin Clean, high pressure wax, door controls, an undercarriage wash, spot free rinse and a Belanger AirCannon dryer, so a fleet or retail large vehicle wash can go well beyond the base package. DMI sells, installs and services all of it out of the Fargo warehouse.
