Three tunnel systems, one manufacturer that's been building them since 1967
Belanger has been a leader in the tunnel market since 1967, and DMI carries its full conveyorized lineup for wash operators across the Tri-State: the Signature Series at the top of the range, the Pro Class 100 in the middle, and the Enduro Class 60 for a tunnel built to a tighter budget. All three run soft-touch and touch-free washing off the same floor conveyor, so the choice comes down to throughput and finish rather than the mechanics underneath.
That's a real decision to get right, since a conveyor system is the single biggest piece of equipment most of DMI's wash operators ever buy. DMI sizes the system to the site and the volume it needs to handle, gets it running, and stays the point of contact for it afterward, the same relationship we carry across our other Belanger lines.

The part customers actually see: foam, light and sparkle
New products come out of Belanger's tunnel line every year, but the two most requested pieces are simple to explain. A lighted LED arch drops a curtain of thick foam onto the car as it moves through, backlit so the foam glows with an iridescent shine rather than just sitting there white and flat. Further down the tunnel, sparkle wheels carry LED lights built right into the wraps, so the brushes themselves light up as they spin.
None of that changes how clean the car gets. It changes whether the person sitting inside remembers the wash, which is the difference between a one-time customer and one who comes back monthly. Every Belanger conveyor product DMI sells, arches and sparkle wheels included, carries a 13 month manufacturer's warranty.
Chapter 03
A tunnel is a chain, and DMI keeps the whole chain running
A conveyor system strings together more moving parts than any other wash format DMI sells: the chain itself, the wraps, the arch, the pumps and chemical injection feeding every stage. One weak link slows the whole line or stops it outright, which is why DMI keeps parts for these systems on the shelf in Fargo instead of ordering them in after the tunnel is already down.
Regular customers also get a DMI salesperson walking the tunnel with them once a month, by our own account we're the only provider in this market who does that, plus preventative maintenance programs built around the same visit. If a chain does jump the track on a weekend, an on-call representative is reachable 24 hours and DMI provides emergency weekend service to get the tunnel moving again before Monday.
