Chapter 01
Everything a wash needs, already on the shelf
DMI sells and services parts and equipment for every part of a car or truck wash, not only the systems we install ourselves. Doors and door parts, pay stations, pumps from Cat and General, dryers and motors, bearings, spot-free and reverse osmosis systems, vacuums and wall paneling all move through the Fargo warehouse.
We keep a wide stock on hand specifically so a part can go out the same week it is needed, and most of what a wash runs on is already sitting on a shelf here rather than on a truck somewhere between Fargo and a supplier.

The small parts that stop a bay
Some of the parts that shut a bay down are small enough to get overlooked until they fail. DMI stocks bill changers for self-serve islands, festoon systems that carry hoses and cables overhead and out of a customer's way, and the fittings and hose and tubing that connect a wash's plumbing end to end.
None of these carry a flashy spec sheet, but a worn fitting or a jammed changer stops a bay just as fast as a broken pump, which is why they sit in the same Fargo warehouse as everything else we stock.
Chapter 03
How to order
Call (701) 237-6606 with the part or the machine and we will tell you what is in stock and what ships next day. Products and parts both move on that same next-day schedule when a bay needs them in a hurry.
For regular customers the better fix is the visit DMI already makes every month. Our salespeople walk the site, and a worn part gets caught and ordered before it becomes a bay that will not open on a Saturday, whether it is a pump, a fitting, or a door that has started sticking in the cold.
