P1300 12-inch and P2400 24-inch panels give a wash bay a glossy, Class A fire-rated wall and ceiling that never needs paint and won't rot or rust.

P1300 12-inch panels: glossy, fire-rated and cut to the inch
P1300 12-inch flat panels have a smooth, glossy surface that dramatically improves a bay's reflective lighting, and they are extruded from 100 percent virgin, exterior-grade PVC with a Class A fire rating under ASTM E84 and CAN/ULC S102.2. That combination is built for exactly the kind of corrosive, high-moisture area a wash bay wall and ceiling has to survive.
The panels use a tongue-and-groove design with a nailing fin along one side, so installation goes quickly with no exposed fasteners left showing on the finished wall. Every panel is cut to the inch of the length a job actually needs, up to 20 feet, rather than forcing an installer to trim stock lengths on site.

P2400 24-inch panels for large wall and ceiling areas
P2400 24-inch panels cover the same kind of large wall and ceiling area in fewer pieces, and their bright white surface sheds water fast, keeping a bay looking clean between washdowns. They share the same virgin exterior-grade PVC, the same Class A fire rating, and the same tongue-and-groove, nailing-fin installation as the 12-inch panel.
Both widths are 100 percent recyclable and do not support mold or mildew per ASTM D3273 and D3274, so a bay wall stays clean-looking without repainting, and it will not rot or rust the way a painted surface eventually does. The spec sheet for both widths lists a 15-year warranty.
Chapter 03
Colors, trims and where each panel belongs
The 12-inch P1300 panel comes in beige, Caribbean blue, gray, Kelly green, rocket red, sunshine yellow and white, while the 24-inch P2400 is offered in beige, gray and white. Colored panels are for interior use only, so a bay planning an exterior wall in color should plan on white instead.
Trims for both panel widths run in 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 20-foot lengths, covering chair rail, H-bar, inside corner, J-trim and outside corner, so a finished wall gets a clean edge at every corner and seam rather than a raw cut end showing through.
