In the automatic bay
Belanger Kondor touch-free wash systems, sold and serviced from Fargo
No friction, no problem. DMI sells and services the Belanger Kondor touch-free in-bay automatic, and works on other touch-free systems already running at your site.
Chapter 01
No friction, no problem: what a Kondor buys an operator
Belanger rates the Kondor for exceptional longevity, since there is no wrap or brush contacting the vehicle to wear out or need replacing between services. With no friction material to load, wash, and store, an operator gets an easy-to-use interface and a light equipment package that takes up less of the bay than a friction system.
For a site trying to keep customers coming back, an easy interface matters as much as the wash itself. Belanger's own case for the Kondor is straightforward: low maintenance costs, a system customers can operate without hesitation, and an available light package that lifts the finished look of the bay after dark.
Because there is no wrap or brush assembly to store and replace, a Kondor bay also carries less on-site inventory than a friction bay: no spare wraps sitting on a shelf waiting to be swapped in. That is one more line item off an operator's own maintenance list, on top of what DMI already covers with the monthly visit.

Where a touch-free bay actually loses money
Touch-free washing lives or dies on the chemistry and the spray pattern. A partially clogged nozzle, pressure that has drifted off spec, or chemical balance that has slipped all show up the same way: a wash that looks fine on the readout but leaves streaks or missed panels the customer notices before the operator does.
That is exactly what a monthly visit is built to catch. Our salespeople visit our regular customers every month, and we are the only provider in this market offering that service. Nozzles, pressure and chemical draw get checked before a customer complaint tells you something drifted, not after.
Chapter 03
Parts and service beyond the Kondor
DMI services other touch-free wash systems too, not only the equipment we sold. If a bay is already running a different touch-free system, our technicians work on it, and most of the parts a touch-free bay needs are already sitting in our Fargo warehouse.
That stock is what makes next-day delivery of parts and products possible across the Tri-State. Call (701) 237-6606 with the machine and the part, and the office moves it from the shelf rather than placing a special order.
None of that changes with distance. Whether the bay is in Fargo itself or elsewhere across North Dakota, Minnesota or South Dakota, the same warehouse, the same technicians and the same monthly visit apply, and staff with 40-plus years in the car wash industry are the ones answering the phone.
