DMI works on all equipment systems and components
“DMI works on all equipment systems and components,” and that isn't a slogan, it's how the shop is stocked. Most parts sit in the Fargo warehouse rather than on order from a distributor three states away, and DMI is a regional distributor for several national brands, so a part that fits your bay is usually already on the shelf.
That inventory covers the equipment lines DMI sells new and the equipment it doesn't, because the shop services other machines too. Orders are completed quickly, the point being to minimize the downtime and the lost revenue a bay racks up for every hour it's standing idle.

Preventative maintenance, and the on-call rep for a Saturday breakdown
DMI runs several different preventative maintenance programs built around one habit: coming to your location before something fails, not after. A visit checks that the equipment is functioning correctly and checks the water levels and hardness feeding it, because a lot of the wear a wash system takes starts with the water, not the machine.
The same discipline covers weekends. DMI provides emergency weekend service with an on-call representative available 24 hours on weekends, and it's the same team behind the claim DMI makes about its regular accounts: our salespeople visit our regular customers monthly, and we are the only market provider to offer this service.

Belanger is the largest single line: DMI stocks and services the Kondor, Saber and Vector bay automatics, the FreeStyler soft-touch in-bay system, the V-Max truck and bus wash, and the Signature Series, Pro Class 100 and Enduro Class 60 conveyorized tunnel systems.
Beyond Belanger, DMI stocks most parts for the Autec EV-1 and several PDQ parts, specializes in Airlift polycarbonate doors and stocks every part for that system, and supplies Cat and General pumps along with parts for Mosmatic's ceiling and wall boom equipment.
